Daley entered the construction industry following in his father’s footsteps, gaining early exposure to the trade through a family-run business. Working his way up from Supervisor, he went on to establish the company in 2018 with a clear vision for quality, growth, and strong leadership.

Over the past eight years, Daley has overseen the company’s steady expansion, building a reputation for reliability, high standards, and a people-first culture. As Director, he remains closely involved in the business, combining hands-on industry knowledge with a driven, forward-thinking approach that continues to push the company forward year after year.
Fun fact: Daley completes the “75 Hard” challenge every year - discipline and consistency aren’t just business values, they’re a lifestyle.

Operations Manager

Dean brings over 20 years of industry experience, having started his career on the tools in the early 2000s and learning the trade from the ground up. Along the way, he’s worked with some great personalities who’ve since become lifelong friends, shaping both his career and his approach to teamwork.

Dean has spent just over half of his career with London Insulation, enjoying the journey and playing a key role in securing and delivering some of the most exciting projects across the UK.
Fun fact: Dean is a professionally trained actor!

Quantity Surveyor

Dan was given the opportunity to learn a trade around eight years ago and has since made the most of every chance to develop and grow within the company. Along the way, he’s been involved in a variety of exciting and rewarding projects.
When he’s not working, Dan enjoys spending time with his wonderful daughter and socialising with friends.
Fun fact: Dan is known as the office feeder aka the person most likely to appear at your desk with a box of chocolates.

Contracts Manager

Jonny entered the construction industry with encouragement from close friends and a strong desire to learn a trade and he hasn’t looked back since.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether that’s over a great meal or away on holiday. A firm believer in balance, he enjoys both exercise and good food.
Fun fact: Jonny is a massive foodie and always knows the best place to eat.

Senior Estimator & Manager

Will joined the construction industry from a sales background, looking for a fresh challenge and bringing with him hands-on experience as a thermal insulation engineer. Starting out as a Mechanical Estimator, he quickly progressed through the ranks to Pre-Construction Director at his previous company before being headhunted by LIS.
A strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge, Will combines leadership with real industry insight.
Fun fact: Will did, in fact, once have hair.

Estimator

Jade began her career in construction 12 years ago after securing an opportunity with an M&E company in London. Her journey led her to Daley and Mark, where she specialised in insulation, developing her role from Quantity Surveyor into Estimator.
Passionate about her work and the people around her, Jade loves being part of the LIS team.
Fun fact: When she’s not working, Jade is embracing her wild side…think nature, workouts, brunches, a drink or two, and the occasional Netflix binge.

Accounts Manager

Jade joined LIS in 2023 after previously working in financial planning in London. A proud mum of two baby girls, she values family time above all else.
She’s taken to the construction industry with enthusiasm, describing it as a fast-paced rollercoaster where no two days are the same.
Fun fact: Jade drinks tea like it’s going out of fashion.

Accounts Administrator

Connie brings over eight years of administrative experience across the financial sector, small businesses, and now the construction industry. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for precision, she plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Fun fact: Connie is a social media whizz and manages multiple brand accounts alongside her role!
